About us
We build for the busiest hour
ZAD is a restaurant management system built in Cairo for the way food businesses here actually run — a busy counter, a hot kitchen, a cash drawer that has to balance, and an owner who wants to see all of it from a phone.
What we make
ZAD is one cloud platform covering point of sale, kitchen display, self-service kiosks, inventory, cash register control, reservations and delivery, payments, and loyalty and marketing. Restaurants subscribe monthly or annually and switch modules on as they need them, instead of buying and stitching together four different systems.
It runs for a single restaurant and for chains with branches in more than one country: multi-language, multi-currency, and set up for local tax rules and local payment providers.
Why we started
Restaurant software here usually arrives as an import — priced in dollars, written for a market with different tax rules, and supported from a timezone that's asleep during your dinner rush. We wanted the opposite: software that speaks Arabic first when you want it to, invoices in Egyptian pounds, and a support number you can call at 9pm on a Thursday.
How we work with you
- We set it up with you. Your menu, your modifiers, your branches and your printers are configured before you go live, not handed to you as homework.
- We train the shift, not the manager. Cashiers and kitchen staff get trained on the floor, in the language they work in.
- We stay reachable. Support runs through service hours, by phone and email, from an office you can walk into.
